Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be intact, unused, unworn and unopened, with their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty. Personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back or receiving evidence that it has been returned.
